1. About Southern Soul Skins

Southern Soul Skins, LLC sells packaged snack products, including pork skins and potato-based vegan wheels in a variety of flavors.

However, because our products are food products and may be produced in batches, reasonable variations may occur.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

Issues involving packages that are:

will be reviewed case by case.

We may request additional information, tracking records, carrier information, or other documentation before determining the appropriate resolution.

13. Final Sale and No Returns

Because Southern Soul Skins sells food products, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns of food products.

Once an order has been delivered, products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange merely because a customer:

• Does not prefer the flavor;
• Does not prefer the texture; or
• No longer wants the product.

14. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

• Missing an item; or
• Otherwise materially affected by a fulfillment issue,

please contact Southern Soul Skins within three (3) days of delivery.

For damage claims, you must provide clear photographs showing:

After reviewing the claim, Southern Soul Skins may offer, as appropriate:

• A replacement; or
• Store credit.

The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the claim.

We may deny claims where sufficient information or required photographs are not provided, subject to applicable law.

15. Presales

Southern Soul Skins may occasionally offer products for presale before they are ready to ship.

Estimated presale shipping dates are estimates and may change because of production schedules, inventory, supply issues, packaging, transportation, or other circumstances.
